Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We had a wonderful time at Theresa's in Pfronten! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful hostess who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with beautiful views of the mountains and many excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable with Gudrun and Daniel. The house are beautiful. The highlight was waking up in the morning to the view of the mountains/valley and at night to the starry sky. Simply fantastic!! Our dog Ellie also felt very comfortable. You have beautiful hiking trails right on your doorstep. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.

Great accommodation with a super nice location. The spa area with an alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants directly in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.

Everything worked out great. The space was clean and exactly as described. We arrived with one person less and got the difference refunded without any problems. Really great! The mother even helped us with some oil and butter. Thank you very much for this :-)

As a family of four with two teenage children, we had a really nice time at the Alpakahof in Serfaus. The farm is quiet and very idyllic with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is spacious, super cozy and very well equipped. There is plenty of storage and retreats. On the large balcony you can also relax wonderfully in the winter sun. Also with the very trusting and cuddly cats of the house on your lap. Our great hosts were open and very helpful. If you want to go skiing, it's not far by car to the nearby gondolas. By car, you can quickly get to Serfaus or Fiss. In addition, there is a very nice hiking trail towards Serfaus near the house. A vacation at the Alpakahof is really worthwhile! We will be happy to come back :-)

Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on holidays. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We had an enjoyable time with her dog. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; you can explore so many things in the area while still feeling at home. We will definitely visit again.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighbouring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We spent a few days in Dorf Tirol. The place is a little away from the village and very quiet. If you don't want to walk, a small bus goes to the village every 30 minutes, which you can reach in 5 minutes. It was all sparkling clean, well and functionally furnished and the landlords very very friendly! Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. It's a great apartment where nothing is missing. If we had any questions, we could always contact the hosts and immediately received an answer.

We felt very comfortable with Angelika. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and the view of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. Baker and shopping very easy to reach on foot. There are also many activities offered in the village. Angelika is a charming hostess. We will definitely be happy to come back, the farewell was very difficult for us.

We felt very comfortable in Gloria's apartment. A quiet area, well located to reach hiking destinations either on foot or via short distances by car. Everything was as in the pictures, sparkling clean and also check-in and check-out very uncomplicated, the communication was great! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the option to purchase drinks for a very small amount via self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, like a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment from the beginning and were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the high-quality amenities and tasteful furnishings. Everything was thought of, no wishes were left unfulfilled. We absolutely recommend Julia's accommodation.

We were in the accommodation for a week in early/mid-June 2025 and are absolutely thrilled. The area is fantastically beautiful, especially for nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty right on the doorstep - very quiet location and friendly people. The hosts are extremely friendly, open and likeable. We would have loved to stay longer and would recommend the apartment, which was very clean and cozy (with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains) to our friends without reservation! A total of 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you for the wonderful holiday experience.

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.
