Great house in a great location! Quiet road and yet so central

Absolutely loved the place. Compact and stylish, right in the heart of things yet astonishingly well insulated from the noise. Had family visiting from overseas, they didn’t know Brighton at all but they felt very comfortable splitting off and doing their own thing. We had a small child with us, who was catered for perfectly. All in all, just an ideal place - which made for an ideal trip. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough and would gladly stay again should we ever be back.

Great place with really helpful and friendly host. Excellent location for us visiting family living close by, walkable to Preston Park and local pubs restaurants, cafes etc. Easy to get to the city centre. We stayed with our 18 month old and parents and we were comfy. The downstairs is really spacious, the upstairs ceiling height makes it a little less spacious but still comfy and everything you need.

Great stay and lovely house. Initially worried about space for parking but not an issue at all.

Wow what an amazing stay! Our family had the most luxurious stay here. Beautiful surroundings, pristine house and the most maintained beautiful pool we’ve ever been in. The water was perfect temperature and the layout of the house was fantastic with open doors from the lounge out onto the pool side. We definitely will be staying here again for some family time together. Highly recommend

We loved the small house. It was exactly as described and was more than well equipped. There was tea, coffee, even milk. Nothing was missing and very clean.

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends spent the weekend at this cottage to celebrate a special occasion. The cottage is absolutely stunning. It is even better in person than in the photos (which is saying something!). It was clean and had all essential amenities, including shampoo / conditioner, towels. shower gel, tea bags, coffee, milk, the list goes on! It is tucked away and very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. We were able to get into Brighton city centre easily using a local taxi service which is recommended by the hosts. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

Lovely, well laid out flat above a jewelry shop on a busy street. Great coffee and treats opposite in the Flour Pot and very convenient for everything the North Laines has to offer. Enjoyed my stay

Lovely clean place and very homely. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen - and the big gorgeous shower at the end of our 26 mile hike along the South Coast Path was an absolute godsend! Very friendly communication. We felt looked-after. Thank you so much.

Great flat which is well appointed and had everything you’d need for a relaxing rental. Very clean and tidy. Danny was great - proactive communication so I never had to wonder about things. And all his contact was clear. Some lovely places to eat and drink within walking distance and well located to drop down to the prom and walk into town. One tip: take earplugs and an eye mask to sleep if you’re affected by noise and light. The surrounding area is quiet but, as an ex Brightonian, it’s a true Brighton property and so you can hear people in the property above and besides you. Danny does provide ear plugs which is a great touch!

Fabulous apartment in Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you could need. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the check-in instructions were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

The Garden Room is lovely, with plenty of private space, including a garden all to yourself! The apartment was well stocked with everything you could need, Anne was friendly and informative and there to show us in on our arrival. With the added bonus of secure parking, this is the perfect place to stay in Hove.

Myself and a friend have just left this host and it was an incredible experience, it is easily the NICEST airbnb in the area for me, it felt extremely safe and was a short walk from the train station and the lanes.Penny was super responsive when we had some issues with the tv and dropped off some spare batteries for the remote in the morning, the bathroom was gorgeous and the photos around the flat of brighton was an incredible sweet touch , i’d highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay. i will definitely be staying here again

Our short stay at Andrew & Mesut's cosy flat was very comfortable. Our son appreciated the fact that the second bedroom was a double, and that it had its own TV! We'd have loved to use the cute little patio, but the weather was against us. We had a relaxing time anyway, with the beach just two minutes away and the Laines a ten-minute stroll. Walking further into pretty Hove for morning coffee was fun too. Andrew's recommendations were really useful; we had great food at the nearby and very atmospheric Lion and Lobster pub. One tip: the stairs down to the flat are steep and twisty, so take your time! We'd all definitely come back again, hopefully for a longer and sunnier visit.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the city centre. Short walk to various shops and restaurants and around a 25 minute walk to the beach. Clean and well equipped flat. Hosts were very proactive with check in information and responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I stayed for the Brighton marathon, the flat is located around a 10 minute walk from the start line - perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I lived in the flat for 8 months and loved every minute of it. Such a wonderful flat perfect for a quick or long stay in Brighton. Has everything you need and just a short walk to shops, the city center, the train, busses, pubs, etc. The location is perfect, close enough to town to be able to pop in but far enough outside that it's very quiet. And the biggest bonus in Brighton: no giant hill! Ben was always super quick to respond and very proactive about any maintenance (which was only maybe once or twice my whole stay). The neighbors are all friendly and the area is very safe. I had no issues with mold or damp(another win in Brighton), and the heating was all very easy to navigate. I lived alone so this wasn't a problem for me but you can't run the kitchen tap and shower at the same time. But that's literally the only thing I can think of. The patio is another INCREDIBLE feature and its fabulous on a sunny morning. Thank you so much and I WILL be staying here again when I'm in town.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely lovely apartment, clean, very comfy bed, really peaceful, having a parking space was so important to us, lots of resturants nearby and not far to walk to the seafront. Hosts were so friendly and always available if any questions were asked. Would highly recommend. Will return when visiting Brighton again!

Excellent location right on the front near the i360. Easy access to the prom and the beach (though a bit too windy and wet whilst we were there). Flat was well appointed, with plenty of room for four adults. Spotlessly clean on arrival, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of tech (TV, soundbar, streaming services, etc.). Excellent views out to sea from the lounge area and balcony. Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable and relaxing, with comfy beds. Bathrooms were as expected, with both an ensuite and a main bathroom. The lift was very welcome, though there were also stairs for those who wanted to exert themselves. Less than ten minute's walk to the Odeon, the cosmopolitan cuisine of Preston Road and the main shopping areas, only twenty minutes to the Lanes, the station and the Pavilion. The host and their agents were attentive and responsive with any issues we had. Overall, as described, and definitely worth a second visit!

What a wonderful stay! Vikki and Mel's place was beautifully decorated with local art and attention to detail. It gave us lots of interior design inspiration for our own home! It was an ideal base to explore Brighton. Kemptown is a great area with quirky shops and lovely places to eat and drink. Having the beach a short stroll away was a treat and we enjoyed a morning dip. The property had everything we needed from kitchen amenities to a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. Vikki and Mel were excellent hosts - really proactive and responsive, they clearly cared a lot about us having an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be booking a stay with them again!
