Although I already have very high cleanliness standards and take care of the change overs myself additional safety and sanitation measures, are currently in affect. Due to my own severe allergy’s I am unable to accommodate any animals in the apartment. The Garden Room is the ground floor of a family home. Completely private from the house, the apartment is suitable for a couple or a couple with two young children. Free private dedicated parking space in gated community. Sole use of garden.

The Studio is on the first floor of a lovely, quiet, Victorian house, one minute from the beach. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

Large two bedroom open plan bungalow with sauna

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Cosy studio right by Hove seafront!

The Cosy Studio newly decorated in farrow ball paint, might be very compact in size, but it makes up for it’s superb location to enjoy Hove beach, rentable bicycles available 2 mins walk away, water sports, paddle courts to rent . Cafe in same road as the airbnb, cafés and bars. The studio is very well-equipped and has been recently redecorated in 2023. It's an ideal holiday alternative to a hotel room. Available for 3 nights+ and reduced rates for longer stays.

A loved Regency-style family home situated 2 mins walk from the seafront, Brunswick Square and St Ann's Well Gardens (park), with a whole array of cafes, pubs and eateries within a 5 minute stroll. 10-15mins walk from Brighton mainline station, and Brighton's infamous Lanes independent shopping area. Lovely big windows, large living area with open fire, 1 double + 1 small single bedroom, and good size garden to relax in the afternoon and evening sun.

Beautiful Garden Flat Central Hove

A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!
