The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. There is so much to do within walking distance including the beach and its attractions. The house itself was fully refurbished in 2018 to a very high specification, with Antique mirrors, French Corbeille beds and period furnishings. Great attention to detail and utilisation of the space allowing the property to cater for various sized groups. Beautiful design and ambience.

Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.
