The Nest: A Unique Retreat on the South Downs Way

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfields, Spring Gardens Nursery. An area of natural beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop and wonderful cafe at The Gooseberry House, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Private parking on site. Recent new kitchen area & shower fitted for guests comfort, to enable longer stays.

The cottage is set in a rural location where you can look out from all rooms across the fields, spotting horses, sheep and cows. The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. The Woodland Zeppelin West Sussex

The Woodland Zeppelin is set in this romantic spot in nature which forms part of a sixty five acre woodland. Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular lifestyle retreat from busy lives since then. The woodland Zeppelin is located near our original rental, Airship 001, but is designed differently inside to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. Please note that the Zeppelin has no mains plug sockets and is a glamping experience, only.

Itchingfield is a tiny hamlet in the heart of West Sussex and around 3 miles from Horsham with its cobbled streets and bespoke shops and restaurants. The wooden cabin is spacious, modern and bright and offers complete privacy within the grounds including a sun deck and garden for private use. Hot tub for guest use only throughout stay. Freshly redecorated externally and internally .

This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.
