Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Granary Cabin is set in 4.5 acres of private land. The owners live in the main house. Itchingfield is a tiny hamlet in the heart of West Sussex and around 3 miles from Horsham with its cobbled streets and bespoke shops and restaurants. The wooden cabin is spacious, modern and bright and offers complete privacy within the grounds including a sun deck and garden for private use. Hot tub for guest use only throughout stay. Freshly redecorated externally and internally .
