Cozy cabin in Brokke

Modern, cozy cottage that was completed in 2021. The cabin is located in the Sitåsen cabin area, near ski and hiking trails, alpine facilities, roller ski track, pump track and via ferrata. The cabin has a living room with an open kitchen solution, two bedrooms, bathroom, loft and large terrace. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and Smart TV in the cabin. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed (2+1) and on the loft there are three mattresses. Guests must bring their own consumables, bed linen and towels. Guests wash out themselves.

Apartment with a view in Øygarden. Tourist fishing ok.

The apartment is a good starting point for trips in nice terrain. Good fishing spots and approved for tourist fishing. Boats can be rented from the host in season from March to the end of September. Øien 530 with 40Hk Yamaha (requires certificate or that you were born before 1980). Without a certificate, Øien 530 with 25 Hk Tohatsu is available. Satellite dish with Norwegian and German channels. Boat with 25 hp price NOK 550/day. Boat with 40 hp is priced at NOK 650/day. Bed linen and 2 towels, cloth and kitchen towel costs NOK 150/person.

The cabin is located 200 meters from the lake and has large windows facing the nature with Folgefonna, Rosendalsalpene and Hardangerfjorden which are always in motion. Here you can fish from the rocks and small children can play for hours on the small white beach where crabs live under the seaweed. If it rains, you can curl up on the sofa with a good book while someone makes something good for you in the kitchen.

Great hiking and fishing opportunities. 5 min to grocery store The apartment is over 3 floors and contains: living room kitchen bathroom 2 bedrooms hallway laundry room 2 bedrooms with space for 3 people per room. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment. Rental of bed linen and towels NOK 100 per person. There is also the possibility to rent a boat. It is a 14-foot open boat with 9.9 horsepower, outboard motor.

Kort vei til Hardanger, Aurland, Flåm. Ca 20 minutter med bil til 9-hulls golfbane. Hytten har 4 soverom med dobbeltsenger str 150/160cm, og det er to enkeltsenger i tillegg a 90cm. Stor stue på hems med tv. Ett bad med toalett og dusj , ett toalett i 2.etg i tillegg. Badstue. Jacuzzi.

Hytta ligger i naturskjønne omgivelser med mye fjell rundt. Det er bilveg til døra, og hytta ligger rolig til i enden av en blindvei. Flotte skiløyper starter 200 m fra hytta, det er muligheter for topptur rett fra hytta til Svånuten på 1349 moh. Nyt utsikten fra terrassen mens du fyrer opp bålpannen for å holde varmen i vinterkulden eller en lys sommerkveld.

Ideal for up to 6 people, but beds for 10+. 20 km to Kinsarvik with Mikkelparken, Husedalen and Go-kart. 10 km to Lofthus with Dronningstien, pub and Munketrappene. 14 km to Tyssedal and the starting point for the trip to Trolltunga.

The cabin is brand new (completed April 2022) and contains everything you need for a nice stay.
