Small mountain cabin in the heart of Telemark. Detox?

The cabin is located 700 meters above sea level in Øyfjell in Vinje. Forest and wildlife. You live close to nature. 150 meters to walk to the cabin from parking. Remember to bring good shoes, you walk in terrain, snow from Nov to May. It is simple and no luxury, no running water. The cabin is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There are ski slopes and fatbike trails by the cabin. The cabin only has a wood-burning stove for heating. There is a small oven and small hob for cooking. No refrigerator. Only outhouse/ecological toilet (15 meters from the cabin).

Year-round cottage from 2019 of 89 square meters spread over 2 floors in a row of 12 cottages in a cozy cottage yard. A great location with a lovely view from about 280 meters above sea level. The cabin has 4 bedrooms, 8 beds and 2 bathrooms. The entire 1st floor has underfloor heating that provides a cozy and warm atmosphere throughout the cabin. There is fiber network with Wi-Fi and TV with various selections of channels. A large and spacious outdoor area with a great view of Skulestadmo. Parking and walking distance to both ski lifts and hiking trails.

The apartment is a good starting point for trips in nice terrain. Good fishing spots and approved for tourist fishing. Boats can be rented from the host in season from March to the end of September. Øien 530 with 40Hk Yamaha (requires certificate or that you were born before 1980). Without a certificate, Øien 530 with 25 Hk Tohatsu is available. Satellite dish with Norwegian and German channels. Boat with 25 hp price NOK 550/day. Boat with 40 hp is priced at NOK 650/day. Bed linen and 2 towels, cloth and kitchen towel costs NOK 150/person.

Great hiking and fishing opportunities. 5 min to grocery store The apartment is over 3 floors and contains: living room kitchen bathroom 2 bedrooms hallway laundry room 2 bedrooms with space for 3 people per room. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment. Rental of bed linen and towels NOK 100 per person. There is also the possibility to rent a boat. It is a 14-foot open boat with 9.9 horsepower, outboard motor.

Great ski slopes start 200 m from the cabin, there are opportunities for top tours right from the cabin to Svånuten at 1349 m above sea level. Enjoy the view from the terrace while you fire up the campfire to keep warm in the winter cold.

Ideal for up to 6 people, but beds for 10+. 20 km to Kinsarvik with Mikkelparken, Husedalen and Go-kart. 10 km to Lofthus with Dronningstien, pub and Munketrappene. 14 km to Tyssedal and the starting point for the trip to Trolltunga.
