You can stay up to 13 people in the house for an additional fee per person in addition to 8 guests. A great house in a peaceful neighborhood with a lovely view! The house has indoor swimming pool with electricity/waves that hold 28 degrees. The location is central right between Flesland and Bergen city center, with short distance to the light rail/bus. The house is rented with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and has plenty of space in the living room/kitchen, TV living room, and large terrace. In the garden there is a trampoline. Welcome!

Welcome 😊 Here you can enjoy nature and comfort in beautiful surroundings! The apartment has its own entrance, at the end of our detached house. Take a dip in the private indoor pool, located in a separate building. The pool is heated from mid-April to November. In winter, you can rent without a pool – lower price, please contact us. Work out on the treadmill or enjoy the ocean view, indoors or from the terrace. The sauna in the boathouse is included in the rent. We rent kayaks, SUP boards and boats with fishing gear.

It is a 2-3 minute walk down to the sea with several swimming and fishing spots. Fantastic hiking areas nearby, for example Lølandsnuten and Fattnesnuten. Here is a driveable road all the way and good parking opportunities. - Wood-fired hot tub. - Frying pan. -Toys and games for children. About 35 minute drive to the alpine center in Sauda.

På hytten/ i leiligheren vår ligger alt til rette for at du og familien skal nyte fine dager til fjells. Enten at det er på ski, på fjelltur, fiske i vannet, bade i elver, være ute i naturen eller bare være på hytten. Hytten har 3 soverom og 1 hems. På hemsen er det en 120 cm seng og en seng på 90 cm. Hytten ligger fredlig til, ytterst i et hyttefelt. Her kan du spenne på deg slalomskiene ved inngangsdøren og gå ut i alpintbakken eller sitte på terrassen og nyte utsikten til bakkene.

In the tastefully decorated living room there is an open kitchen with large dining table with room for everyone around the table. There you can enjoy a good meal with your family and friends. The apartment is close to the Hovden center with walking distance to all facilities. In winter, there are great cross-country trails close by and it is a short distance to the Alpine Centre. The skating rink and Hovden Badeland is just outside. In spring, summer and autumn, there are many good hiking trails and summit hikes with varying degrees of difficulty.
