The Kamisawa Subway Station is just a 1-minute walk away, providing easy access: 7 minutes to Sannomiya and 30 minutes to Osaka. A free parking space is available. There is also a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, making it a convenient option for long-term stays.

**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next next to my house is under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With all these constructions going on, the area is quite noisy during the day.
