Tiny house holiday rentals in Honshu

I stayed at Yoshi's place for the last leg of my journey. I will start off by saying, if you are a tourist, this area is NOT Tokyo and it is difficult to navigate around here as most things are not in English. However, Yoshi was very patient and responsive and helped me get to where I needed to go. Once I arrived he quickly accommodated me and I got settled in. The place is very beautiful and tranquil, right by the water. In the morning, I got to witness why they call it land of the rising sun, and see one of the most beautiful sunrises. The place had everything I needed. Upon check out, Yoshi helped me navigate to the train station and was very patient with my questions. Therefore, I highly recommend staying.

Airbnb has a parking spot. 1 min walk to the nearest supermarket and convenience store. Around 10-15mins walk to the nearest station. The house appears huge in the pictures, but in reality, it's a lot smaller. But is definitely enough for 2 people. Has all the amenities you need.

From arranging bike rentals to preparing delicious breakfasts and giving excellent local tips, he went above and beyond. He even met us at the pier upon arrival, drove us to nearby attractions, and helped us find great restaurants. The room was compact but immaculate, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the port. The breakfast spread was generous and tasty. What truly made our stay special was the host's genuine care and attention to detail. We felt completely taken care of throughout our trip. The sauna, water bath, and natural hot spring were all pleasant to use!The description of the facility was also easy to understand, and we had a comfortable stay.

Had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was toasty and warm. All kitchen items were available. House was clean and tidy and we had a cleaning half way through the stay. Awesome location, close to the Echoland village and restaurants but also far enough away to have some privacy. Also having the car available to us to use was amazing. What a great idea! Projector was also a bonus, which we used on chill nights. Would look to stay again in future!

We had a great time here. It’s private with beautiful scenery. We slept so well with all of the sliding glass doors open and listened to the rain all night. Highly recommend!

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

The location looks like a peaceful rural residential area, but in front of you, it has a spacious park, a creek full of creatures, a hot spring facility with a stunning open-air bath, and great for children. If you drive a car, there are many tourist destinations such as rice terraces and highlands. Above all, this guest house was a natural, authentic, and playful space that was not comparable to others. The private sauna is very spacious and has a timer! The outdoor air bathing space was truly forest bathing, and it was the best!

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The hosts were so friendly and gave me local recommendations for meals, and even helped me to make reservations. I took the electric bicycle and cycled out to different view points of Mt Fuji :) I would love to come back again!

The Nest was a bijou, cosy place to stay. The studio is centrally placed in Togari and had everything we required for a 3 day stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom super clean with a good shower. The surrounding mountains offer lots of skiing opportunities. Togari itself had some good wide pistes. We didn’t try the other resorts. Togari offered a few good restaurants - we had an excellent Thai meal. We went to Nozawa by car and enjoyed a lovely evening exploring the apres ski. Beware::: restaurants tend to stop serving early. ! Everyone working in the resort was friendly and super helpful. Lianne and Sam ensured that we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you again

The facilities were clean and fully equipped and we were very satisfied! Friendly hosts will also tell you about nearby shops and sightseeing spots. You can also use the bath with hot springs, and you can enjoy both camping and hot springs. I went in early May and it didn't bother me much of the bugs! I don't know where to go, so I recommend reaching out to your host if you're not sure.

It was a great villa! The room was beautiful and the view of the Seto Inland Sea and the calm sound of the waves from the terrace were great and soothing.The jacuzzi was lovely, the night sky was great, and we had a great time with our family.Many thanks!!!

It was a cottage with a great view in a great location. I was surprised by the heat retention of the firewood bath using natural water. We had a great time and the owner was very kind. Thank you very much.
