Nice place to stay, very near to Kuromon market and easy to obtain food and groceries from nearby market and Family Mart. A very short walk from a good ramen and rice shop. Bus stop is nearby and public transport station is near. Opposite private parking if driving. Love the stay.

We stayed as a group of four families in the nursery school for a stay.The children were very excited about the two beds.I ate dinner in the kitchen, but usually guests don't use the kitchen and dishes?It was not enough for a large group, so if you are staying or cooking with a large group, I think you should bring additional paper plates, etc.There was a suspicion that I lost a lot of things just before checking out, but the cleaning staff was also happy to find it, which was helpful.We may use it when we have a party with the same members again.Thanks in advance!

The room is fully equipped, convenient transportation, convenient to stay, surrounded by Jade Supermarket, convenience store, many places to eat.The house is on the roadside, but the soundproofing is good and it's good for sleeping.

The Airbnb was very close to Kyoto Station and easily reachable on foot. Everything you need was nearby—various convenience stores like Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven were all within walking distance. Public transportation options were also just a short walk away, including both buses and trains. The location was excellent. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including towels, toiletries, a washing machine, a fridge, and more. Everything was thoughtfully provided to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The place was quiet—just the way you’d want it. 5 out of 5 stars. I would absolutely stay here again and can 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Peaceful stay very clean good location

close to nishi shijuku gochome station. so, easy to get anywhere once you know what station is close. shibuya station is a ¥5,000 cab ride away but by train i feel like you get to this place quicker and very inexpensively

One of my best hotel capsules! Everything was impeccable, clean, tidy. All basic necessities were available free of charge. The bedding was of very good quality, I slept very well. It is close to several bus stops and metro stations which is very convenient. Thank you very much!

Ann's place was the perfect location for our 4 day stay in Tokyo. It was literally 2 minutes walk to the nearest train station. The 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, 4 western beds made staying with my family of four in the confines of 900 sq feet much more manageable and enjoyable. The unit was clean and clutter free. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. I can not recommend the unit enough for anyone visiting Tokyo

If you want a place close to almost all the cool spots, you have to go there !! I walked to almost all the spots. The room is also perfect for one person (the one that I had).

Perfect for solo travelers! Great value for the price, with clear communication and a convenient location—close to the metro, shops, and the Tsutenkaku tourist area, surrounded by many restaurants. The host was very helpful and provided clear instructions, which made me feel safe and confident, especially as a woman traveling alone. I’m grateful for the stay!

Definitely a perfect solution for my 2 nights in Osaka. Literally a stone's throw from Shinsekai, with a view of the Tsutenkaku tower from your window. Despite being in a very busy neighborhood until the evening, the place is very quiet and peaceful, several convenience stores nearby, a 24-hour laundry place next door, many restaurants very close by. Excellent solution for solo travelers like me, the place is exactly as described and equipped with everything you need. 2 min walk from the station and 15-20 min away from other lively neighborhoods or attractions and places to visit. 5 stars deserved!

Great clean room. Across the road from Shinsekai markets, but located on a quieter street which is good. About at 10-15min train ride into central Osaka.
