In this rural and water-rich environment, we offer you a spacious room, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/seating area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.

The city of Sneek is 15 minutes away by car, Leeuwarden 30 minutes.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Kenmerkend is het ‘smûke’ coulisselandschap met duizenden kilometers elzensingels, dykswâlen (houtwallen) en honderden pingo’s en poelen. Het gebied heeft unieke flora en fauna. De biodiversiteit is hier groot. Op korte afstand van Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum en de ydillische Waddeneilanden.
