Het gebouw is in traditionele Amelander boerderij-stijl gerealiseerd en ruim opgezet. Ook prima geschikt met kinderen, de gedeelde tuin heeft een speeltoestel. It has a play corner in the shed for the little ones. Beach, village, restaurants and cafes are all within 10 minutes.

The city logo is a spacious seven-person apartment (128 m2) which is located on the second, second and third floor of the property. It has a wonderful view of the city canal Kleindiep (turning point Elfstedentocht) and the historic town hall.
