Cozy living space, open kitchen (oven, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine). Bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Including bedding, towels and kitchen set Spacious garden with garden set, dining table and parasol. Smoking is not allowed inside.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Is gelegen aan de bosrand, staat op een ruime kavel en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. De vakantiewoning heeft een eigen Wifi met goed bereik. De bungalow is gelegen op het park Roosdunen en is op loopafstand van het mooie dorp Ballum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. In de zomermaanden is er gratis toegang tot het openlucht zwembad ‘De Schalken’. De woning is huisdiervrij.
