It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The Sebastianus apartment is located in Unterinn Ritten, just a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Bolzano. Enjoy a newly renovated interior and spectacular views of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Beautiful, recently renovated apartment (80 m²) on the top floor. The apartment is right in the city centre, opposite the theatre, and 200 metres from the thermal baths and the Christmas market. It comfortably accommodates 4 people. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of a living room with an open fireplace. A private garage is also included in the price. €50 one-off fee per stay, including pre- and post-stay cleaning, towels and bed linen!
