Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

What can I say - we just wanted to spend a few relaxing days and stumbled straight into a small oasis of well-being! The accommodation is so lovingly furnished that we briefly considered simply moving in. No joke: more beautiful than in the photos (and that rarely happens). We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, super cozy and easy to feel good. The location? Super, super quiet and idyllic and with hiking and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep – no need for excuses! Roberto and his partner are super warm hosts. Thank you very much - We really didn't miss anything (except maybe a few extra vacation days). :) We will definitely come back and would recommend the little cottage at any time!

We were greeted super friendly, the cottage was super clean and large enough for a group of 5 people and well equipped. We had not previously recognised in the pictures that the bathroom incl. Shower and toilet are rather open and connected to the rest of the hut, but there were sufficient and very well-maintained sanitary facilities in the main house. The staff are super friendly and help with all concerns. We liked the stay very much, especially the location is great.

What an absolute delight it was to stay in the cabin this week. Beautiful surroundings, a cosy, warm and beautiful cabin with plenty of space for our family of four. Lovely facilities and within walking distant of lots of great restaurants, a quaint little Christmas market and close to the sports centre where we spent lots of time ice skating, tobogganing and swimming. The host was helpful, very kind and couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Seefeld. An unforgettable winter break.

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

It was a beautiful stay and exactly what I needed to break away. The area was calm and quiet with a beautiful backdrop of the Alps right at your doorstep. Lisa & Pietra were really helpful throughout. I would definitely come back here!

Staying at chalet was great experience for us, great location if you are looking for skiing in Zillertal arena, all resorts are pretty close. Access to pool is a big plus.

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

It was really super super nice!! The cottage is totally modern and yet super cozy, you have everything you need, it is super clean and outside it is super idyllic! For me, the highlight was waking up with a view of the greenery, including Sunrise! I would highly recommend coming here!

We spent two wonderful weeks in May in this small, cozy cottage. We lacked nothing, the kitchen is oriented with everything you need and also a small DVD collection provides some variety in the evening. We especially liked to make a campfire, wood for this is provided free of charge by Bec + Chris. The location in the middle of nature is top. You get relatively little from the street that is directly adjacent. We slept great, the beds are soft and the linens are very high quality. Otherwise, everything was as described, the app of the two is also recommended to explore the area. Keep it up, we will be happy to come back '-).

The Alm is located in a picturesque mountain panorama surrounded by peaks and cow pastures. We really enjoyed the week at Grafensalm and would come again at any time!!

This little house is super cute and comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend it. Although there is no AC, so I can imagine that perhaps it could be very hot. The only negative comment I have is that is cleaning fee is higher than the nightly room rate, so in the end this made the rental very expensive, and this felt a bit like a bad suprise.
