Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hjortshøj

We stayed in the apartment with our three children. Accommodation is spacious and toys available for the children. The apartment is nicely located and we spent a lot of time at the nearby beach. We would leave again anytime.

Everything is really great with Karen Marie and Lars Erik! The house is very tasteful, absolutely "hyggelig" and functionally furnished. The terrace offers 360 degrees of sun access. The area is suitable for both exploring and relaxing. The kitchen is as well equipped as we have never seen before. Communication with the hosts is very nice and accommodating.

Have stayed here a few times now, not always leaving a review. But this is one of my permanent places when I work in Aarhus. Has a nice location and the place has everything you could want! Teresa makes it easy with check-in and is a great host.

Very nice place where nothing is missing. The garden is an absolute dream. We felt very comfortable with 2 children. The area is very great with many excursion possibilities.

We felt very comfortable in Annie's holiday home and had a nice time. It is super quiet, close to the sea and we even had a seagull greet us on the roof :) a great place to relax!

The cottage was self contained and in a peaceful setting. It was very relaxing and great for our little dogs. A washing machine would have been useful for our one week stay, but we were aware that this was not supplied in the description.

My family and I spent 4 days there and had a wonderful time! The house is great and super cozy. Everything you need is there and it's super nice and quiet. The location is great. The sea is not far away and there was also a forest nearby. We will come back anytime and thank Merete for this great opportunity for a nice holiday!

A lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the common garden spaces between the apartment buildings. Trees and flowers and a lot of birds singing. Perfect on a sunny afternoon.

Sus was incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. The environment was very quiet and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. Although our stay was not for travel purposes—we were temporarily staying here while preparing for an international move and closing down our nearby home—we still found the location very convenient for travelers as well. There were several supermarkets nearby, and the bus stop was close, offering easy access to the city center. If we ever return to Aarhus, we would definitely love to stay at Sus’s place again. A cozy and well-appointed apartment, with everything you need for cooking. Good space for 4 people, good beds. A lovely wooden terrace with access from both the living room and bedroom. Friendly and welcoming hosts. We can definitely recommend a stay with Helle, and we would be happy to come back another time.

Great place to stay with easy access to public transport, grocery stores, restaurants, and interesting places to visit. Lene was friendly and responsive as well!

Lovely apartment with great light and beautiful furnishings. Some of the reviews mention that the bed is small for two, but my partner and I found it totally fine. Karrina was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage before and after check out and even came over to help fix the WiFi. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Aarhus!

Nice apartment in the basement of a beautiful house, with a beautiful garden (which we were also allowed to use!) Located in a quiet neighborhood with a good, fast bus connection to the center of Århus. In the kitchen and bathroom, you will find all the items you need. There are 2 TVs in the apartment. The bedroom is very spacious. The shower is perfect. Recommended. It can be a bit dark inside, but you will be on the road a lot during the day so that doesn't matter.

Loved Thomas’ apartment, felt very homely and pleasant. Lovely art on the walls, comfortable bed. The second bed is a futon which was very comfortable. Great shower also. All in all, a lovely space to base yourself whilst checking out Aarhus.

It’s an excellent apartment at a perfect location close to, but just outside the city centre. The apartment is large, clean and has all the necessary amenities. Mikkel was a friendly and proactive host.

We loved Andreas' place! Very cozy, but with everything we needed. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, including the always-incredible Danish bakery!
