Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

The house is centrally located in the village of Hjortshøj, not far from the forest and with opportunities for shopping locally. There is a lovely beach 2.5 km away and Aarhus is 20 minutes away. The house consists of two children's rooms and one bedroom.
