The house is located with less than 1 hour travel route to: Bø with summer land and climbing park Kongsberg with Silver mines and Alpine center/ski center Rjukan with World Heritage, beach, climbing park and Gaustablikk with Alpine and cross-country Gaustatoppen, Lifjell and Blefjell To Notodden with Bluesfestival, Stavkirka, Telemarksgalleriet and World Heritage there is about 30 min drive. You just have to pick and choose from experiences and trips or enjoy quiet days and the good life in the countryside.

Wood-burning stove in the living room and plenty of extra wood in the "woodshed". Garden furniture, gas grill, outdoor fireplace and fire pan outside. Fishing opportunities and great areas for picking berries. This is a cottage with a simple standard for those who love nature and/or want peace and quiet.

Welcome to the farm here at our place. The old cozy log house is idyllically situated to the sun-away on our farm grounds, the large open outdoor areas. Flatdal is a very good starting point for good hiking, long and short bike and car ride. The house has two bedrooms, a bright and delicious living room with dining nook, fireplace, view out towards the tuna and the village. Although the hand-held house is old, it has inlaid electricity, water, heaters, kitchen and bathroom with shower. A quiet and idyllic place for adults and children.

It has stunning views of three waters and the mountains. 😊 Right on the down side of the cabin is worthwhile Tuddal mountain hotel. This is a historic hotel well worth a visit. Attached municipal water and drainage, with fresh and well water in the tap. NB! BED LINEN and TOWELS must BE BROUGHT, but can be rented for an additional fee of NOK 100 per person. Bed sizes: 1x180 cm, 1x150 cm, 1x 120 cm, 3x 75 cm.
