Great cabin, great host!

Great place, great setting and super nice host!

Excellent house near the ski slope at the bottom of the mountain. That also means that during the day the sun does not shine on the terraces. The house is well decorated, feels comfortable when it has warmed up (it was -23C) and was spacious enough for the six people we were with. Two cars fit well with the house. The road was kept neatly snow-free. There were no appliances broken, everything was tidy and we would book it again. Great place, good host, nothing to complain about.

We had a lovely week in Rauland. We were there without a car and could do everything in about 15 minutes on foot (shopping, to the cross-country ski trails or even to the free ski bus). The house was very cozy and something very special!

Eva not say enough about this beautiful house. The location was picturesque and tranquil, we enjoyed sipping our nespresso looking at the view. There was more than enough space for two families, even though we were only three. We had a sauna every day and were lucky to have some snow. The beds were heavenly, we slept in every day. We did some skiing at Panorama Vradal right down the road. Kiki was super responsive in helping us figure things out. Her place is perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back!!

Awesome experience staying in this house. Great kitchen and common areas and very nice bedrooms. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely return without a moment of hesitation.

Well equipped apartment in a great spot.

The cottage was easy to reach with a car, it was nicely tidy and looked cozy. The communication with the host was always very good and he was very friendly. It was close to the slopes so you could ski on it in no time. The only downside was that there was little toilet paper and oil so we had to buy that for a short period of time, but otherwise definitely recommended!

Great and fresh cabin with all the amenities imaginable for a ski holiday. The description matched reality well. The cottage was right next to the lift up the mountain and next to the cross-country tracks. Finally, it was to be a pleasure to have Kim as a host. He was easily accessible, gave spontaneous tips on sights/possible activities, and was eager to make sure we had a good time. We'd love to go again!

We really enjoyed the hosts!!! Responded instantly to inquiries!!! Very very warm people!!! The home is sustainable and cozy, we could have fired up the fireplace in the evenings, an infinitely beautiful view through the windows!!! Peaceful environment and we were able to feel at home!!! We stayed here as two families. It was simply fantastic. The view and location are spectacular. Better even in reality than the pictures. The house is lovely and spacious, with great facilities and plenty of sleeping space (3 double/single bunk bed combos, a large double and another bedroom with spare mattresses.). There are several other hytte in the same street but this one is well located so that you don’t see any neighbours from the house.

This was our second time staying at this lovely cabin during Easter, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We really enjoyed our time here, especially the kids — they had such a great time! The cabin is peaceful and cozy, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for another great stay! Another good memories to remember. We had a wonderful holiday in the house. Everything was nicely clean upon arrival and matched descriptions and photos. Bård is a very friendly host. He has made a nice guide about the house as well as many suggestions for local hikes, sights, etc. Shopping is within a 15-minute drive, but somewhat further to big cities. A lovely home for nature lovers.
