House in rural and quiet area. Great hiking terrain in both summer and winter. In winter, there is a lot of snow. There are great ski runs about 5 minutes away. Possibility of fishing. The house is located in a cultural landscape. The house is an old carpenter, but with a new addition with bedrooms and bathrooms. There's a wood stove in the living room. About 25 minutes to Dyrskuplassen, about 45 minutes to Bø, Notodden and Vrådal (Ski Center), about 1 hour to Rauland, and about 2.5 hours to Oslo.

I havnene omkiter kuer, geiter, hester og sauer.
