Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo and two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pasture. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and herbs. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 meters from the house. Bästekille är en liten by högt belägen mellan Södra Mellby och Vitaby. Det är 3 km till Kivik och ca 18 km till Simrishamn. Här finns äppellundar och betande kor. I byn finns en gårdsbutik med ägg, potatis och grönsaker efter säsong. Allt är kravmärkt från bonden i byn. Konstgalleri Fabriken ligger i byn. I södra Mellby finns ett bageri där ni kan köpa goda bakverk och bröd. Närmsta bad är Kivik eller Vitemölla där det finns vackra sandstränder. Stugan ligger vid en väg.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Stuga avsides på stor tomt på en vacker 1800tals gård. Liten,men allt som behövs finns. Även wifi och cromecast. Bara bäddsoffa ,150 cm bred.Egen infart och parkering. Tyst och skönt. Nära till Kivik ,havet ,och nationalparken. Jag bor också på gården. Det finns även 2 lägenheter i stora huset. Se min profil
