Wonderful weekend in Dwarsgracht, despite the rain We had a fantastic weekend in the cottage on the Dwarsgracht, despite the weather not always cooperating. The cottage was comfortable and cozy, and the location is beautiful — even with rain it is enjoyable in this area. What really made the stay special was Eva's hospitality. She was incredibly relaxed and open, even with our animal gang. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It's so nice when you come somewhere and find that you are not only tolerated, but really seen and appreciated. Thank you Eva, for your warmth and hospitality! We'd love to come back — hopefully with some more sun next time. 🌦️🐾

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice base to explore Sneek and its surroundings. Quiet neighborhood with a nice terrace and you are in the center in no time. The cottage was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Gea is a nice, friendly host. In short: recommended!

Nadja and Bauke were very welcoming and very flexible. The house is beautiful and finds itself in the beautiful old center of Woudsend and it had everything we would need for a great getaway weekend! We will definitely come back and enjoy it once more!

Haico’s place was amazing! It was so beautiful and private! Felt like we were in a fairy tale! Haico and his family were so friendly and helpful! The Airbnb is right a bus stop which takes you in and out of the city! Will definitely be back! 🥰

We were with a group of friends of 10 and had a lovely stay at Aleida and Rick's AirBnB. It had enough space, plenty of showers and toilets and each room had its own sink. The place was large yet homely. Highly recommended if you want to explore Friesland with a group! Very nice host too, smooth contact and very nice thinking along. Despite the changeable weather, we really had a great weekend here!

We, 2 adults and 1 child, 3 years old, spent 1 week at Elke's place. We especially loved the quiet area, the large house with lots of toys and the trampoline in the garden. The whole area is beautiful and there are lots of excursion options. Elke and her husband are great hosts, very nice and always there for questions.

The check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can access the lake directly via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time in Lemmer. The apartment is clean and tidy and located right in the center! We will be happy to come back.

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Thanks to both of them for the very fine, delicious and cuddly welcome greetings! I'm sure we'll be back.

The Blue House is really something very special. Mieke and Arnold have decorated it very nicely and it is perfectly equipped! I immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much! If I ever come back to Giethoorn, I will definitely want to stay here again 🥰

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organisation and communication was simply great, so that we immediately felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske. Thank you very much for everything and certainly see you next time!

Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

Great books available, inspiring. And the choice of music is also interesting and original. The house has everything you need, well maintained, but not superfluous or confusing. Atmospherically decorated, candles and beautiful light. It is as neat as if it were a private household. We are fans of the island cottage!

We had a wonderful weekend in the residence of Sjoerdsje and Lennard! Top location! Clean, tidy and practically furnished. We didn't miss anything! The communication was also smooth and they were very friendly. We will definitely come back!

The place was/is very lovingly decorated. The surrounding area as well! It is a very functional place to stay and my personal taste is small and cozy. Yfke was present and accommodating when needed. She just has a knack for creating a nice and friendly atmosphere. All in all, recommended if you want to treat yourself.

The apartment Zwaluw has a very nice view from the large balcony. Hosts were very accommodating, friendly, concerned about our well-being and warm. For longer stays, bed linen and towels were changed and residual waste was disposed of. Thus highly recommended. Glad to come back. Regards, Sabine and Andreas.

Lovely place to stay. House as described, very cute and cosy. Very close to bus stop where from you can easily reach Amsterdam city centre. Very good contact with host.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Lily’s place. Tastefully decorated in blue and white, new bathroom, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good welcome and instruction leaflet in several languages, great balcony and view of the IJsselmeer and your own parking spot in the back. If you don’t have children I wouldn’t stay in this area during the school holidays as it will be busy and noisy. Now it was perfect, quiet and peaceful and would definetely recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A lovely little apartment in the centre of the city.

Ester’s condo was the cleanest and coziest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. My husband and I stayed for four days and the space, which is beautifully decorated, exceeded our expectations. Ester, who was an outstanding communicator, greeted us and provided personalized recommendations for activites during our stay. The entire condo was spotless and the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. The balcony was also a great spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. Adding to its quality, the condo is located conveniently near many restaurants, shops, and public transportation into downtown Amsterdam. We would definitely stay again and encourage anyone in the area to do so as well!
