Spend your hollydays in pure nature. I am renting an old, romantic farmhouse, in a secluded location - redeveloped from scratch, in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Austria / Upper Carinthia, near the Italian border. Within very little distance you can find the idyllic Weissensee, two golf courses, and many other outdoor activities (see below), to be enjoyed in winter and summer. This fully furnished house consists of 4 bedrooms with 10 beds, two of which include a fireplace. Additionally 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, 2 separate toilets, a spacious lounge with an open fireplace, a dining room with fireplace, and a kitchen with pantry. The cottage garden is directly accessible from the living room and kitchen and invites to eat in nature. especially during summer the house is surrounded with roses, wild flowers and the little garden is very well kept with lots of love. Internet connection is available. The village Dellach im Drautal, is reachable by bike in about 20 minutes and has 2 supermarkets, several restaurants, tennis courts and a public swimming pool. In addition, there are hiking and walking trails, mountain bike trails, walking and much more. During the winter months there is cross-country skiing, as well as a small ski tow.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Forsthaus Stein - historic and luxurious

The newly renovated forester's house is located in the heart of the Drava Valley between Spittal and Lienz and is perfect for families and groups looking for tranquility and many excursion opportunities. The house is in a secluded location between Stein Castle and the village of Stein am Waldrand and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the Drava Valley. The next largest town is Dellach in the Drava Valley and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Our cosy apartment 1 has 80 square metres and includes a kitchen and dining area, a bathing space, a separated toilet room, a living room with 2 single beds and a bedroom. Additionally it has 2 exits to a balcony with a nice view over the village and valley. The parking place for your car is right behind the house.

Alpine hut in a dreamlike secluded location

From our panoramic terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the gigantic mountains of the Carnic Alps with hiking opportunities nearby. We can really recommend this place for connoisseurs. If you want it, this is a little paradise all to yourself. A bit of alpine romance included!
