Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Payment is obligatory from the age of 17. The local tax is 2,70 per person/per night.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Welcome Enjoy your vacation in a cozy living ambience overlooking the surrounding mountains, which invite you to great activities in summer and winter. The Erlhofer house is located in the middle of Tröpolach. You will find all the important points such as local suppliers, bakery, bank, restaurants, valley station... in the immediate vicinity. The studio has a double bed - with additional pull-out single sofas it is possible to accommodate up to 4 people.

A dreamlike, rustic ski hut in the middle of the Alpine paradise Nassfeld - one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. In winter, you strap on your skis directly from the hut to the piste next door or sled down the toboggan run, which is also right around the corner. In summer, you will discover idyllic hiking routes, mountain bike trails, via ferratas, mountain lakes and waterfalls. Relaxation and unforgettable experiences are guaranteed!

Welcome in our Guesthouse, The Nassfeld ski area is about 9 km from the guest house away. Next Buss Station: about 3min. walk. Cross- country ski track less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).

Our delightful holiday flat, located on the 1st floor, faces south-west and with its 92m² offers enough space for 2-4 people. You can walk to the lake promenade in about 5 minutes and in winter the flat is the ideal starting point for ice skating or cross-country skiing. Every detail has been selected by me with a great deal of love and care. Let yourself be surprised.
