In short: secluded location, high-quality renovation, mountain views, quiet location, numerous hiking opportunities directly from the house, ski resort nearby. The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

A quiet location, yet ideal as a starting point for numerous leisure activities. Spa hotel with indoor swimming pool and sauna as well as an outdoor swimming pool are located right next to our house. The attic apartment (as well as the whole old house from the 60s) was completely renovated at the end of 2015 and has about 85m² with two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, ideal for families with children. Large garden with old "Kesn" and fruit trees invites you to play, enjoy and relax.
