Unser alter Bauernstadel, der 2023 liebevoll erweitert und renoviert wurde liegt am Waldrand in herrlicher Alleinlage und ist direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung genießen unsere Gäste von früh bis spät Sonne.

Nassfeld Pass Piste View is located in Sonnenalpe Nassfeld and offers a 43 m² apartment for up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and elevator. Enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and the Matrische chairlift. A ski service station with rental and repair is located in the building. Dit charmante chalet is vrijstaand en gelijkvloers, geschikt voor 2 personen. De open keuken is volledig uitgerust met onder andere een vaatwasser, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Het slaapgedeelte bevat een comfortabel 2-persoonsbed en voldoende kastruimte. De luxe badkamer heeft een douchecabine, wastafel en zwevend toilet. Op warme zomeravonden is het terras met zitgelegenheid de perfecte plek om de dag af te sluiten. Vanuit het chalet kunnen mooie wandelingen gemaakt worden.

Cross- country ski track less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).
