Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Leaving the front door, you can take in the views of the Carnin Pilot Tower, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. Wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and the main bedroom, you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

The small vacation home is suitable for 2 adults and a maximum of one extra bed for a child, (sofa bed in the open kitchen) At the end of the street (950 m) is the Baltic Sea.
