There is a private entrance and private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Private parking space and space for bicycles. The home consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and Smart TV (Chromecast - % TV channels). The sofa bed is with a real mattress + quality top mattress. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm).

The bedroom is in the basement, where there is a narrow staircase from the apartment (can be difficult to access if you are poorly walking), or a separate entrance that can be used from the entrance. There is also a large inflatable air mattress in the living room as a bed for the 3rd person.

Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset
