The stay includes utilities. Guests are responsible for bringing their own bed linens, sheets, dish towels, towels, toilet paper, and dishcloths per guest. There is a kitchenette with an air fryer, refrigerator, kettle, tableware, etc. There is no sink. Dishes/freezer at the host's place. Large bathroom with puzzle. One bedroom with a double bed, one room with a 3/4 bed and a desk, one room with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed, as well as an office space, 1 large playroom, and possibly extra sleeping spaces. There is access to laundry facilities. There are views of the forest, field, and garden.

The cottage is located in a small cottage town close to a small green area on one side and Helle Hallen's many facilities and café on the other side. Free parking is available in connection with the cottages.
