Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hemmet

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciate the thoughtful gifts for the kids—it made our stay even more special. We're really looking forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed the stay, we felt right at home, it really is a very comfortable, safe and very well equipped accommodation. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, relatively close to everything.!!!! Quiet neighborhood with parking spaces around.

We have been to Mette's house a few times now and will definitely be back again. Mette is the perfect host, great communication, always to reach, lovely house, homey to be in. It's one of the best we've tried in Esbjerg, we've tried a lot for 12 years, close to shopping. Perfect for families with children.

9 of us stayed at Alisha’s beautiful home for 3 nights. We found it very spacious. The children loved playing with the available toys/lego and particularly enjoyed the swing and trampoline in the garden. The neighbourhood was very quiet and within walking distance to the bus stop and supermarket. The house had everything we needed and plenty towels and spare toilet roll in the shower room. The kitchen was well equipped with enough cutlery, mugs, plates etc. Both Alisha and husband, Rob, were very accommodating and responsive, answering any queries we had. The only negative was there were no locks on the toilet doors, however, this was not a major issue. I would recommend staying here, we had a great visit!

Bodil's house had lots of space and all we needed for our stay. It was just like it is described, Bodil answered quickly to messages and we were happy.

We stayed in Jonna's house for a week, the house itself exceeded our expectations, very clean, cozy, everything you need is provided, beautiful bathroom (very good shower), convenient, well-equipped, kitchen. In terms of location, this was ideal for us for various excursions, half an hour drive from Legoland, Lego house and WOWpark in Billund and about the same distance from Ribe, Esbjerg and the Wadden Islands. Jonna himself responded quickly to messages, a clear description to get into the house and very friendly. We had a fantastic week here and definitely recommend this house.

Gorgeous cosy cabin in a woodland area. We stayed with 3 kids (8,7 & 5). We all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the walks to the lake. Great base for legoland. Would highly recommend!

Lene's apartment was super clean and we immediately felt comfortable! You can see that Lene lives here, so it's not a hotel. Everything is available and we were also happy to linger! The apartment is quietly located, but not far from shopping, restaurants and bars or the beautiful harbor in Haderslev. Also worth mentioning, the communication went perfectly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. In particular, the view of the fjord was breathtaking and made our stay memorable. Also the location was perfect – quiet yet easily accessible. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made check-in very easy. We felt immediately welcome and would come back any time. We had the great pleasure of staying with Jytte and Michael and it was just wonderful! Upon arrival, they welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel welcome. What particularly impressed us were all the small, thoughtful details they prepared for us – be it a fresh bouquet of flowers, helpful tips for excursions or the loving furnishings of the apartment that left nothing to be desired. Our dog felt just as comfortable – it was really nice to see how much effort they went to to make our four-legged friend feel at home. We felt well looked after all and highly recommend Jytte and Michael. Their hospitality is simply second to none! Thank you for everything, we will come back very gladly.

Nothing short of great stay. Lovely and very welcoming people and a lovely home where we felt at home from the time we arrived. Even though we were leaving early almost morning, Finn came out and said nice goodbye! We will definitely be back next time we have something nearby!

We had a great stay at Janes apartment. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Communication was super easy and Jane was ready to help anytime.

The place was as described. The apartment is on the first floor. The hosts were doing some renovation project but it didn’t hinder us. The house is an old construction so there are some «house sounds». There is sea view from the house and it is close to the sea. It’s a comfortable apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids. Could be good with a dishwasher and a microwave as no one wants to do dishes on a holiday 😅. Other than that it was comfortable and quite reasonable.

We have had a wonderful holiday with the whole family! It's like we were home. It is clean and cozy, there is a wonderful large garden. We had everything we needed for our stay, including a coffee machine, soft blankets, beautiful dishes, and even a trampoline for our children. We thank the host for such a beautiful home. If you are traveling to Haderslev, we recommend staying here.
