In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer for free use. The kitchen is well equipped and also includes a microwave and dishwasher. The cottage is located on a 600 m² natural plot. It's 6 km to the North Sea. Falen Å runs close to the house and is great for paddleboarding, kayaking.

Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Nice, cozy and bright summer house on 2 floors of 69 m2 that is super cozy with a wood stove in the living room. On the ground floor are the kitchen, living room, bathroom and a room. Upstairs are two rooms. There is a lovely terrace that is partially covered and where there is a barbecue. The cottage is located in an area with many opportunities for both children and adults. You are welcome to bring 1 dog.
