I byn finns bland annat en livsmedelsbutik, bensinstation, kiosk med gatukök och en pizzeria. En av Sveriges största privatägda möbelaffärer är också belägen här, med en restaurang som serverar lunch, smörgåsar och kakor. Här finns vårdcentral.

Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

The house is located in a very quiet and family-friendly area in central Helsingborg with close to everything. There is a large terrace with lovely relaxation areas and both gas and charcoal grills. Soccer goal and trampoline on site.

Newly renovated house of 60 square meters on two floors with all the amenities you need. The house has two bedrooms, one larger master bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. Lovely living room with lots of light and large kitchen fully equipped.
