One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and living room with sofa bed with two additional beds (145x195). Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Smart TV with access to, among other things, Netflix and Viaplay. Parking is available on the street next to the house. Quiet location in a residential area.

Vägen leder direkt till centrum och citybutiker, färje, buss & tågtrafik och inte minst alla krogar o nöjesetablissemang. Även arenor o fotbollsarenor, sjukhus, Friluftsteatern Fredriksdal, Pålsjöskog mm. Även havet, som sträcker sej längs hela Helsingborg.

The apartment is 2,7 km to the train station and 2 km to city center. The busstation is just a couple of minutes away. Pålsjöskogen, a small forest with walking paths leading down to the ocean is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment has a nice livingroom with a big terrace. In the small bedroom there is a 140 cm bed, and in the other bedroom there is a loft with two 80 cm beds.
