The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Pålsjöskogen, a small forest with walking paths leading down to the ocean is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment has a nice livingroom with a big terrace. In the small bedroom there is a 140 cm bed, and in the other bedroom there is a loft with two 80 cm beds.
