Two rooms, spacious hall and private bathroom and kitchen with smaller dining area. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking as well as coffee and tea. One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and living room with sofa bed with two additional beds (145x195). Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Smart TV with access to, among other things, Netflix and Viaplay. Here at Tågaborg, you live close to Pålsjö forest, the sea and the city center. Restaurants, grocery stores and public transport close by. Possibility to park car for free outside on the street. A traditional pastry shop on the ground floor that is open six days a week. The apartment has a large balcony in all directions with sun from morning to night. Washing machine, bathtub and kitchen with everything that may be needed for cooking. Excellent wardrobe storage. Cleaning fee for each trip and company of SEK 400 will be added to the cost.
