Wonderful stay, great facilities and hosts. The off street is so valuable when the hotels charge so much. Extremely comfortable accommodation.

An excellent stay in a delightful basement flat. Tolly left great recommendations for the area and the flat is ideally situated for access to Brighton. I would definitely stay again.

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

Fabulous apartment in Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you could need. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the check-in instructions were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

The flat was lovely and in a great location. It was clean, well equipped and there were clear instructions for the flat and advice on lots to do nearby.

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

The host Julie is very polite, very friendly and very helpful with things to do around the area. The accommodation is exactly what is advertised and described. I would definitely recommend to anybody that asked about Julie's place, It was very peaceful and very relaxing, Loved it so much would definitely go back again if Julie was free to book.

Recently has a fantastic stay here. A really convenient location to the local area and transport links. Easy to find with the helpful instructions. The property was really clean and perfect for a stay of any length of time. Judith was a great host, very responsive and lots of helpful information available. Highly recommend to anyone

Perfect house. It was big, had all the things we needed for our stay and really clean. Had a great time there and would definitly book again, if we ever stayed in der area. The Communication with Laura was quick and very friendly. Highly recommended!

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Deerkeepers cottage. It was beautifully decorated with a very high-end luxurious finish. It was spacious yet cosy with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tennis court was a real treat but the highlight for us were the many varied walks of all lengths and abilities, right from the door. We loved going into the woods spotting the wild deer. We didn't feel the need to venture too far from the cottage but did enjoy some fantastic pub lunches thanks to the recommendations provided. We cannot wait to return to this very special cottage.

Lovely cottage. Large garden, dog and child friendly. Completely detached and set at a distance from neighbours, no need to worry about noise from children/grandchildren or dogs! Close to many places of interest. Easy access from the A23 Plenty of parking.

Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

We loved our stay at Chris’s place. Very cosy cottage with all the amenities you could need. Also delicious scones on arrival! We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

An amazing stay all round! The apartment was really easy to find and so close to the sea front and city centre. Kasia was very responsive and answered any questions I had. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout which was extremely helpful. Super lovely and would absolutely stay here again.

I lived in the flat for 8 months and loved every minute of it. Such a wonderful flat perfect for a quick or long stay in Brighton. Has everything you need and just a short walk to shops, the city center, the train, busses, pubs, etc. The location is perfect, close enough to town to be able to pop in but far enough outside that it's very quiet. And the biggest bonus in Brighton: no giant hill! Ben was always super quick to respond and very proactive about any maintenance (which was only maybe once or twice my whole stay). The neighbors are all friendly and the area is very safe. I had no issues with mold or damp(another win in Brighton), and the heating was all very easy to navigate. I lived alone so this wasn't a problem for me but you can't run the kitchen tap and shower at the same time. But that's literally the only thing I can think of. The patio is another INCREDIBLE feature and its fabulous on a sunny morning. Thank you so much and I WILL be staying here again when I'm in town.

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom flat in Worthing! The location couldn’t have been better — just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants, cafes, and plenty of things to do in the area. The flat itself was amazing: stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well thought-out. Every room had its own charm, with tasteful decor and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into making this a welcoming and functional space — everything worked perfectly and felt just like home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Worthing. We’d definitely come back!
