Kirkebakken 4 is an old half-timbered house from 1780 centrally located in Rosernes By Mariager. The house has a small garden with terrace with garden table, chairs and barbecue. The house has been completely renovated with underfloor heating and an open fireplace. Kirkebakken 4 is an old house, where renovation has been done with respect for the house, therefore there is a difference in level on the ground floor as well as stairs to the 1st floor. The house is located in the heart of Mariager and overlooks the town's beautiful and historic monastery church.

Gildhøj

A 600 meter long gravel road just past the beautiful Udbyover Lake you come to Gildhøj which is an old farm in 1850. Here we offer accommodation and stays for 2 people in our side building. The building, with its thick walls, provides a comfortable indoor climate on hot days. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, or 2 single beds, and a living room with kitchen facilities, a fridge with a small freezer, and a microwave. There is a private toilet and shower and bed linen and towels are included in the price.

You'll be in the countryside if you stay with us. Far out in the country 😀 The apartment is located in a building next to our own home. There are low ceilings and the home appears very original - but with common comforts such as heating, electric stove, fridge, TV (cromecast) and shower, etc. Private and secluded, south-facing garden with gas grill and outdoor furniture. In front of the farm there is access to a large field/meadow area. There is a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room.

The grounds offer a campfire, bird whistle and own raspberries, blackberries and apples. A peaceful retreat with room for both togetherness and nature experiences. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out. There are duvets and towels included and white cotton bed linen can be included for an additional fee.
