The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Kirkebakken 4 is an old half-timbered house from 1780 centrally located in Rosernes By Mariager. The house has a small garden with terrace with garden table, chairs and barbecue. The house has been completely renovated with underfloor heating and an open fireplace. Kirkebakken 4 is an old house, where renovation has been done with respect for the house, therefore there is a difference in level on the ground floor as well as stairs to the 1st floor. The house is located in the heart of Mariager and overlooks the town's beautiful and historic monastery church.

Cozy, small cottage on a natural plot in the middle of the forest in Sødring. Short distance and sea view to the outer part of Randers Fjord, Kattegat and the marina in Udbyhøj. The house has a large wooden terrace that connects the house itself with an annex with two beds. If you want a stay with peace and quiet in the forest, close to the water and Denmark's cleanest beach in Udbyhøj, this is a good starting point. Don't expect luxury (however, wi-fi is installed) but cozy and functional facilities in the middle of unspoiled nature.

Trollhøj, open spaces and nature

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Nature, tranquility and ocean views

Here, nature and the beautiful and ever-changing views of the fjord to the west and the sea to the east are in focus. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and the evening darkness. It is 5 km to the nearest lamppost... and a really good internet connection :-) There are beautiful hikes to the heathland, sandy beach, forest and mudflats. There are also good opportunities for both fishing and bird watching. The house is bright and nicely decorated and has large windows facing the water. Here you can slow down.

Stay undisturbed in your own annex close to Aalborg

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out. There are duvets and towels included and white cotton bed linen can be included for an additional fee.
