Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hausham

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Sehr schöne eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Nur weiterzuempfehlen. Die ,hauseigene‘ Bergkette für Wanderungen innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Eine richtig tolle Unterkunft! Du machst morgens die Augen auf und siehst aus dem Bett, den Kofel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super, Fragen konnten sehr schnell geklärt werden. Alles in allem würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße aus Norddeutschland, Britta und Lars

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Arno in St. Johann! Check-in und Kommunikation waren total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und genau wie geschrieben. Arno hat uns gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben zu fünft, sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus verlebt. Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Charme und es fehlt an nichts für ein entspanntes Zusammensein und eine Erholung vom Alltag. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist hervorragend geeignet für ein Frühstück im Freien, die weitere zum durchatmen, in der schon spürbaren frischen Bergluft. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und Ausstrahlung, so dass man sich aber eigentlich gar nicht entfernen müsste. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, es ist für unser nächstes Familientreffen der ideale Ort

Josef & Faith were great hosts! They made check in easy, offered up great recommendations to supplement the plans we already had. Beautiful view of the Alps from the porch of the apartment. If you’re visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen I cannot recommend their home highly enough.

Matthias was a great host! The place was clean and easy to find. It was close by car to everything we needed. If you have a car, parking can be difficult at times, but the location was so quiet and peaceful it made up for the small walk. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next time we visit Munich.

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Silvia! Alles war super – die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Silvia ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

De woning is perfect zoals ze beschreven is. Het is ideaal dat de 3 kamers elk hun eigen badkamer hebben. Een pluspunt is de leuke tuin en de nabijheid van het station om naar de skipistes te gaan. Een aanrader!

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft und perfekt in Schliersee gelegen. Die Fotos werden ihr fast gar nicht gerecht. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt bei Rainer und seiner Frau. Die beiden haben uns mit Obst, Snacks und vielen guten Tipps begrüßt und waren sehr fürsorglich! Vielen Dank an euch beide! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ev tam ilanda bahsedildiği gibi. Sakin ve temiz muhitte yer alıyor oldukça sessiz bir çevresi var. Evin balkonundan olağanüstü bir yeşillik manzarası var. Kuşların sesi eşliğinde balkonda kahve ile güne başlamak inanılmaz. Almanya havası soğuk ve sert sadece :)

Great place to stay and spectacular location! You can walk to so many spots in Garmisch. The bed was so comfy after a long day exploring. The TV was large and had many apps we could use. It’s on a Main Street, but honestly couldn’t hear the outdoor noise when the windows were shut. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The location allowed for a family with adolescents some private space and a great location 😊 We would recommend!

Je n’ai rien à dire, le logement était propre, il était conforme aux photos l’hôte m’a très bien accueilli quand je suis arrivé m’a fait montrer le logement. Le logement était plutôt bien situé plutôt proche de Munich. Quand on a une voiture, il y a même un lac à côté du logement Julija et son co hôte ont été très gentils et réactif à mes questions par rapport au prix, c’était tout à fait raisonnable si vous voulez vous rendre au centre de Munich en voiture, c’est à peu près 30 minutes sinon très bonne appartement

We had an excellent stay! Sabine was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making everything smooth and easy. The place met our expectations and was perfect for active travelers who spend most of the day exploring the mountains, whether it’s hiking or cycling. Highly recommended!

Ich durfte bereits einige Ferienwohnungen über Airbnb besuchen, doch Barbara und Klaus gehören definitiv zu den besten Gastgebern überhaupt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war hervorragend – mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es gab sogar einen leckeren Gästeempfang – ein echtes Wow-Erlebnis! Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet mehr, als man erwartet. Der Außenbereich mit Grill ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Umgebung ist einfach idyllisch. Barbara und Klaus waren jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung war insgesamt hervorragend – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, und die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Das einzige was wir bemerkt hatten war, dass das Schlafzimmer, etwas hellhörig war – man hört gelegentlich Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus oder von Nachbarn. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
