We had a great time! Even without a car, you can get to everything easily :) Ivonne even thought of my girlfriend's birthday and gave us champagne and chocolate! Everything great :)

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

We had wonderful days in Schliersee. This was not only due to the good weather, but also to the very beautiful, bright attic apartment, in which we immediately felt comfortable. Everything important is within walking distance: lake, grocery stores, Zanger bakery (highly recommended), train station. Even on rainy days, you will feel safe and comfortable here, and thanks to the well-stocked bookshelves, you will not get bored. The communication was very straightforward and friendly.

Staying with Valerie & Paul was simply beautiful! You can see how much passion the two of them put into the whole thing. Both responded super quickly to messages and the communication was flawless. Check-in also worked smoothly. The small terrace was a dream and is a real highlight in good weather (unfortunately we had bad luck). We also really liked the numerous tips for excursions, restaurants and cafes. We would stay again anytime.

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very tasty. The apartment is within walking distance of shops for everyday needs, it is also not far into the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground car park is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you have not heard anything. The bedroom goes out the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Tegernsee, Nicci is in the right hands.

Very nice, well renovated and well decorated apartment. Adorable garden by a stream with garden furniture. We only stayed one night, but it was very nice.

First of all, I would like to say that the host is super friendly, accommodating and attentive! The place was as described. Even better! The apartment is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's nothing missing. Due to the private entrance, the thing is great. If we needed help, the answer was super fast, friendly and comprehensive. The location is super quiet, beautiful and therefore relaxation takes place from the first second. Gene again and again

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is even nicer live than the pictures!! Britt is always available and absolutely nice and helpful. A small note to dog owners: the garden is super nice and my dog loved it there. However, it is not completely fenced, currently there are two places where dogs can go out, you should know that. We would/will be very happy to come again and again!

Check-in was super easy via a save. Upon arrival, we called Daniel, who explained everything in a friendly manner. The accommodation was very clean, beautiful view and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world". Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated to what they do. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika makes an extraordinary effort to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighbouring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linen and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely top and worth 5 stars!

My friends and I felt very comfortable in the small extension. It is quiet and secluded and you are surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach Lake Tegernsee or the small town and have many great opportunities for activities. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. Uli is a reliable host and responds or informs quickly. We highly recommend it!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday holiday life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the sound of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The whirlpool was our highlight and was already heated and usable upon our arrival :) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the stable. The as-new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
