From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. Three bedrooms meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing balcony with fantastic mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

Welcome to the cosy Bergnest Hausham – a brand new holiday apartment for two to four people, located between Lake Schliersee and Lake Tegernsee. It is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of our family home, can be accessed via two staircases and its own entrance, and has a beautiful, sunny west-facing balcony. The apartment consists of a large, bright room (kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa bed) and a bathroom. Great for young families and couples.

Relax with the whole family in our cozy place. The kitchen offers everything your heart desires and the tiled stove exudes a cozy warmth. On the other hand, the adventure starts right at your doorstep, whether on foot or by bike into the mountains or by sup or rowing boat over the passing Schlierach into Lake Schliersee. Or "just" the coffee on the terrace?! ;) In addition, the property is only a few minutes walking distance from the relevant locations.

If you are traveling by car, parking and charging station for electric cars are available. The closed basement apartment is large enough for two to three people, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom.
