Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Our spacious apartment offers enought space to relax on 50 sqm and is desinged for 2 persons. It includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a comfortable living area as well as a kitchen and dining area. The apartment is located on the first floor (stairs) and is equipped with a oakwood floor, large windows and a balcony, located on the eastern side with a great view on the surrounding mountains. The parking area is directly located at the property.

The approx. 90 m² apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available at the property. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Innsbruck, Seefeld (well-known vacation resort for summer and winter), as well as many shopping facilities are only max. 20 km away. Excursions to popular hiking areas such as the Ötztal or Stubaital can also be reached quickly - also by public transport.
