We are just off the St Swithun's way with Jane Austen's house just a 15 min drive away. We are ideally situated for those attending weddings locally, wanting to explore the local Hampshire countryside or just to relax and recharge. A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Ideally located, it is only a one minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.
