It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Beautiful thatched cottage annexe on edge of farmland, with 3 double bedrooms (one adjoining), 2 ensuite bathrooms, beamed living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. King sized beds. Unrestricted access to beautiful large fenced and hedged garden set in 3 acres. Secluded outside dining area under a gazebo. 4 ring gas bbq and fire pit. Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Continental breakfast first day. Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in property.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Welcome to The Garden Room, our studio mini-flat above the garage in our cottage grounds, loved by friends and family. It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people, or a longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.

Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
