The bedroom can be set up with either a kingsize bed or 2 singles on request, while the sofa bed can comfortably fit 2 people. This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. Croxley business park is a 5 minute drive away. The motorway is a ten minute drive away. London underground metropolitan line is a ten minute walk. Wembley is a 20 minute tube ride. Heathrow airport is a 15 minute drive, Luton airport is a 25 minute drive, Harry Potter world is a 10 minute drive.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Welcome to the Hampton Court Hideaway, a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage), beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space can fit up to 5 for shorter breaks, and comfortably 2-3 for longer breaks.

This fabulous studio is within easy access to the M25 and M1 (both only a few miles away) and is less than a mile away from the mainline station in Kings Langley. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).
