Staying in the artfully furnished little house was a very good experience. Thea and Gerard are great hosts, very friendly and relaxed, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast prepared by Thea was fantastic, the best we've had in a long time. Strongly recommended!

We enjoyed it very much overall. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

We were arriving very late and Alec was meeting us with big smile on his face at 4am and there was cold beers waiting us in the fridge. This was perfect start. Place is great and canal gives something extra for this place. Owner is very helpful and answered very quickly for all our questions. We feel that all in gereral was so nice that 5 stars is too little and therefore we would like to rate our stay 6/5!

Nice stay, beautiful cottage on the waterfront. Convenient that there are bicycles to explore the surroundings. Quiet location, good beds and the kitchen has all the comforts. Definitely recommended.

The friendly hostess Anne was always warm, invited us to a drink, we were allowed to have breakfast on the terrace. Everything was very straightforward and we felt comfortable. The furniture is a bit outdated, but does what you want. Our kids were happy daily with the vehicle park and enjoyed the extensive yard with the animals as well as the trampoline. Had a great vacation that we'd love to think back to! If we go that far again, we will be happy to come back to Anne. Best of luck!

Remote enough to be peaceful. Close enough to access everything we needed. Plenty of room, careful attention to detail, a lot of unexpected bonuses like food, wine, spa elements, etc. Very comfortable and easy. Ina was very gracious and we had no issues.

We spend easter weekend here with the two of us plus our dog. We felt welcome from the start and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Perfect home base for long hikes in the forest.

Lovely quiet cabin to relax. Daa cottage is very close to nature, be sure to pack a thicker sweater in the colder seasons! However, Jayanti has provided plenty of heating options, so it got cuddly warm even at night. We highly recommend this airbnb. Thank you! 😊
