Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.

Located directly on Lake Paterswoldse Meer, this beautiful wooden cottage, the last part is only accessible on foot through the park. Enjoy the peace, no noise from cars and the beautiful view over the water. Or go on the water with a canoe or boat. The cottage is heated by a gas heater downstairs. A warm sweater and slippers are recommended in winter. It is not allowed here to have parties or make a lot of noise.
