Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Heerlijke slaapkamers, een moderne keuken, een fijne woonkamer en prachtige natuur. Er is WIFI, TV, vloerverwarming, moderne keuken en er zijn maar liefst 3 slaapkamers. Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Huisje aan het Paterswoldse Meer

Direct gelegen aan het Paterswoldse meer dit mooie houten huisje, het laatste stukje is alleen lopend te bereiken via het park. Geniet van de rust, geen lawaai van auto´s en het prachtige uitzicht over het water. Of ga het water op met een kano of bootje. Het huisje wordt verwarmd door een gaskachel beneden. Een warme trui en pantoffels zijn aan te raden in de winter. Het is hier niet toegestaan om feestjes te houden of veel lawaai te maken.

Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.
