Holiday rentals with lake access in Haren

A beautiful, cozy house right on the canal, which was furnished with a lot of attention to detail and has everything you need. Communication was easy, friendly and fast. Even before arrival, Connie provided us with all the important information. Despite the bad weather, we (8 people) had enough space in the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

One dyeing house, small and cozy, with a large garden where you can choose sun or shade. Very quiet location, close to cycling and hiking junctions. De Weerribben Nature Park is just a stone's throw away. Tolhekken swimming pool is also recommended.

We had a great time in Dennis' super nice house. Everything is just right in this home. Beautiful layout of the house, perfectly equipped kitchen, great garden, comfortable beds, lots of activities (table tennis, billiards, darts...) and everything is clean. The house simply impressed us. The location is also great. Close to the supermarket and beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area. The communication with Dennis was perfect. He was super responsive to messages. We can 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Only one night – but full of impressions. Rysum welcomed us with its quiet beauty, and the "Alte Bäckerei" was a very special place to arrive and feel good. Furnished with a lot of love and a lot of taste, the listed house radiates a warm, honest atmosphere – you can feel its history. And for me as a person trained in the craft, I particularly liked the artistic master's certificate of the former resident, when I compare it with my boring journeyman's certificate (but also almost 100 years later). Thank you for this little break in a great place and a great village.

We stayed with 5 friends between the ages of 25 - 30 for a long weekend in this beautiful house. The house exactly matches the description and pictures, the two house owners were very kind and accommodating without being intrusive. They even provided us with eggs from their own chickens. The house is situated in a village with a small supermarket and a drugstore and a small "vending machine village shop", everything is within walking distance. By car, several larger villages, with a variety of different restaurants, sights and various activities, can be reached in less than half an hour. Our goal was to have a nice time with our friends and our expectations were more than met, we highly recommend the place to anyone! Thanks for the stay!

Apartment "De Beuk" is very nice with a beautiful view over the water. The interior is modern and what we really liked are the details that made us feel welcome: capsules for the Nespresso machine, filter coffee and tea bags with different types of tea. The communication with hostess Nynke prior to and during the stay was open, cheerful, friendly and clear. This also applies to reception and departure. The family's rental company on the ground floor for kayaks, motorboats, sleds and bicycles makes making an active trip very easy.

Our Airbnb host, Jan Adema, welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Jan comes from a long line of local family business owners, and you can feel that sense of tradition and pride in every detail of the home. The bedroom felt like a suite in a luxury hotel — spotless, cozy, and beautifully styled, with a personal touch that made the experience even more special (we especially loved the unique painting above the bed). But what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere of calm. If you're looking to disconnect and reconnect — with nature, your thoughts, or your loved ones — this is the place. It’s hard to describe, you simply have to book a stay to feel peace at its finest. We left refreshed, inspired, and deeply grateful. Highly recommend this stay 🌞

We had a nice few days at Jan's. The apartment offers everything you could ever need. In the village there is everything you need. Emmen is also easy to reach. It's nice to have peace and quiet for a while if you're used to big city noise!

Had a very nice stay here during our weekend in Earnewâld. The studio is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The beds are also well laid out! Beautiful surroundings to enjoy, lots of birds, boating is a must! Jan was an incredibly friendly and accessible host. Very welcoming. Thank you and see you next time!

Beautiful place in surprising location. Ideal as a base to discover Eastermar and the rest of Friesland. Marten and his family are super welcoming and helpful. The location and the apartments are pearls in the cap. The whole family is working hard to make this place even more beautiful. Robert is a very kind host. The accommodation looks cozy, is clean and with a lovely large garden on the lake. Breakfast was various good! Glad we could leave the trailer for the surfboard until after the competitions in the garden. In short, a very nice place to spend time.

To our lovely host Diet. She was excellent and very responsive. At the beginning it was little confusing about getting there but when we arrived it was very easy to find. It was excellent and peaceful for our family stay. We were aloud to use bikes so that helped us a lot for good shopping. Canoe rides were excellent. I think we cannot picked better spot for us. Neighbours were super friendly and welcomed us with smiles and fantastic attitude. We will for sure come back. 😊 Diet- thank you for having us 😊

We spent almost two wonderful weeks at this accommodation with four adults and an 8-month-old baby. The house was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. We felt comfortable and at home from the very beginning. The location is perfect: close to Groningen and not far from the sea, offering a great mix of activities and relaxation. Whether you want to explore the area or just unwind, this place has it all. We highly recommend it and would gladly come back anytime!

Highly recommend! Staying at this Airbnb was just amazing! The place was exactly as described in the pictures – clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. By bike or car you can quickly get to Groningen, where you can do numerous activities! Our highlight was the hot tub, which was used diligently. We would come back.

A beautiful temporary home away from home! We were lucky enough to spend Christmas in Dina's tiny house. It was even more beautiful than expected, completely quiet and private....but with all the amenities we wanted. The sauna was a dream, especially in the cold, wet weather. Dina is a very likeable host and we were very happy to have decided on Ellertshaar. For us, one of the most beautiful Christmas we had. Dear Diana, Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the Waldhaus! We particularly liked the terrace - we were able to spend many cosy hours there and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to unwind wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!
