Beautiful new one Double bedroom Studio/apartment with kitchen & en-suite. We have quite time from 10pm till 8am so if you want to relax in the jacuzzi (an extra €25 an hr private use) so if you want to relax in the Jacuzzi which is an additional cost paid on site , in the evening and watch the sun go down this is the place to be, we do not allow any late night parties of any sort. It is a shared Accommodation block and guests must be respectful of other guest and the owners.

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. This versatile new apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as both a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. However, it is also a place to relax for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the entire family. The A7 is close (behind a small wood and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for people passing through.
